Relaunching a new restaurant

Originally a pop-up in a former Sandwich Shop, Adam’s reopened in January 2016 in permanent new six-figure premises on Waterloo Street, Birmingham. The restaurant was recently named the UK’s best in the fine dining category by TripAdvisor and fourth in the world.

The Michelin-starred restaurant needed to appeal to a variety of audiences, from regular fine diners and corporate clients to special occasion diners and prospective staff. The confident new brand runs throughout the new restaurant, with signs, menus and uniforms all bearing a distinctive visual signature, consistent with the new website and marketing materials.
